TAL Series are ideal machines for making Communication Tower and Electricity Transmission Tower. This series being configured with high-speed punching unit, marking unit and cutting unit, which allow production of considerable quantities of angles at lower cost. Three punching rack fixed on each side can be replaced by required punches easily. Die selecting, up-holding, feeding cushioning and reloading are all pneumatic driven. Angles are fed by CNC Controlled carriage, who was servo motor driven so as to guarantee the positioning precision. 4 groups of character being fixed on the marking unit can be selected by programming on computer. Friendly Operation and easy-programming. User can select manual or send DXF. Drawings/ or DXTV. Drawings to the computer. The machine can do the rest work automatically.
